Our Story: What began as a hobby to treat family friends, grew into a small farmers market stall, which grew into a production kitchen out of which Tim and his team now create his famous crumpets for cafes, restaurants, resorts and retail.
From our top secret location in the foothills of Wollumbin (Mount Warning) Northern NSW, our crumpets endure a long fermentation time to develop flavour with added gut health benefits.
We use no preservatives and reject shortcuts like instant yeast, our product is a 100% sourdough treat, is kind on sensitive tummies and super tasty with sweet or savoury toppings.
